30 Days of Lists v2, Day 1 – Goals for This Month

  1. Get the oven fixed. It’s still not working right.
  2. Make it up to Michigan to see my family.
  3. Complete my two quilt projects.
  4. Finish the book that I’ve been trying to get through since June.
  5. Start the Couch to 5k program.
  6. Organize my storage unit.

    What is the couch to 5K? I think I need that. I had to saftey pin my pants wider to fit in them today.

    Couch to 5k a training program to help beginners prep for a 5k. There are quite a few programs available online. I chose a really conservative one that starts out really slow. Here’s a link to the one I’m looking at! :) http://bit.ly/swMiY5

    you can also access your data through mapmyrun, mapmyride, etc. The interface is customized to your “sport”. But it’s nice to keep track because then you can see progress and feel accomplished. =D
