Over the past 5-6 weeks I’ve only been sleeping an average of 3-4 hours a night.  Four hours of sleep is probably a stretch but I do have to factor in those rare nights were I sneak in 6 or 7 hours.  Since I really don’t want to be the walking zombie, I’ve been drinking way more caffeine.  Okay, so maybe not way more but I’ll have 2 cups of coffee every day instead of a cup every other-ish day.  The great thing is, I noticed I haven’t had a single migraine in 4 weeks.  This is a really rare thing because I usually get migraines about 10 days each month.  I’m hoping I’m not making this statement too early but it looks like I’m squeaking through migraine-free.  I realize this may not be completely related to caffeine, tho, either.  I started working out right around the same time and I also had a shot to control my Endometriosis about a month ago, too.  But whatever the case… No Migraines = A Very Happy Kit-Kat!
