I’m finding that these night shifts are making me really lazy. Depending when I get off work, I stay up until somewhere between 3:00 & 5:00 a.m. and don’t wake up until after 11:00 a.m. Then once I wake up, I don’t want to do anything. I have absolutely no ambition until mid-afternoon. At that point I usually scramble to get supper ready by 5:00 so Adam & I can eat together, gobble down dinner then get ready to leave for work by 6:30. I’m trying to figure out how to get myself back into the habit of waking up around 7 or 8 then taking a nap. I’ve also become addicted to caffiene since I started dealing, which is probably why I can’t sleep when I get home. The manager that does the schedule told me that he wanted to keep me on nights until the other new dealers get more table time. *sigh* I completely understand but in the meantime this schedule is going to continue to kick my tooshie.
