I had a dream

I was dreaming pretty heavily last night for some reason.

First – I got a job in Hannahville and could find a place to park.

Second – I was in a dance contest and my partner was trying to teach me how to shake my hips (ROFL).

Funny thing is, when I woke up I was making a mental list of personal data I have to remove off my laptop and my hips hurt.

I am pretty sure both of these dreams stemmed from stuff that happened at the pow-wow yesterday.  For the first dream, all weekend I’ve been amazed at how many people from Hannahville I saw.  Plus I was thinking about Adam’s new business a lot because he’s applying for his business loan soon.  And… we had some MAJOR parking issues last night & I was standing there while Pauline straightened stuff out.  I think the contest dream is because the last event at the pow-wow last night was the Midnight Two Step Championship.  Now I have the stupid Frybread song stuck in my head that they were playing at the Pow-Wow yesterday during the Frybread contest.

I can’t wait til today is done.  My body aches, my throat hurts, and I keep blowing black sand out of my nose.  On a good note, I’ve been walking about 6 miles a day and my arms are getting some shape back from working at the ice tent & lifting 7 lb. bags of ice (usually two bags in each hand).

OMFG! Yeah … that black stuff coming out of the nose. It brings back many memories of pow-wows past.

Oh yeah … and since when do you need lessons on how to shake your hips? I’ve seen you on the dance floor, girl!
