Well, another classic call today… This one was taken by one of the other support reps. He told me about it after I shared the Caveman joke with the other techs.
“She got a letter from our company that had our 800 tech support number on it. She asked about why we had sent the letter and what sort of company we were. I asked her what the letter said. She told me she couldn’t read it. I asked if the letter had been ruined or what. She told me she’d have somebody else read it for her.”
