Thursday nights I usually treat myself to a cocktail while I do my laundry and pack for the upcoming weekend. I’m on call this week so I needed to find a non-alcoholic beverage.  The cold, rainy weather today totally put me in an autumn state of mind so I started craving hot cider.  Normally, I have hot spiced cider in the fall but I wanted something a little different so I went on the hunt for a new cider recipe. I came across recipe for Hot Buttered Apple Cider and, wow, it’s tasty and just what I was looking for.  I posted the recipe over on Yummy Sips. Enjoy!

Thank goodness the import process didn’t take as long as I thought it was going to. It would have gone much better had I not accidentally duplicated 1/2 my entries from Chit-Chat and messed up the categories on all of them. Yeah, that was big fun. They all ended up getting stuffed in one category until I get around to tagging them. The second import went muuuuuch better. Whew.

I’m happy I finally decided to take on the task. It’s nice to see all my posts together again… and that I actually have a history.  It was fun going back and reading the posts. I nearly fell off my chair when I came across Caveman Tech Support. I haven’t read that since I posted it.
