Tomorrow is the last day of the Reset. I only have a few supplements left!
I can’t wait for my breakfast to be anything other than fruit. And for my lunch to include anything other than salad. And to eat nuts and grains if I want. And, oh man, eggs and chicken and pork and fish.
Oh. I sprained my toe Saturday night. I finally figured out this morning that it happened when I tripped on an uneven sidewalk on Freya’s walk. I didn’t think anything of it when it happened but remember my toe hurting a little on the way back home. It was quite sore and swollen when I woke up yesterday. I noticed a bruise last night while I was showing D when I was trying to figure out if it is a sprain or break. I hope it heals quickly. I don’t want to postpone the workouts I have scheduled starting Wednesday.
