100 Happy Days
Day 52, I ::heart:: my job.
Last month marked my 1 year anniversary at my new-old job. In addition to having great co-workers, the variety in my job makes it fun and challenging. We never really know from one day to the next what we’re going to have to
play with work on test.
PS – There is a brand of selfie sticks out there that doesn’t like Motorola phones.
Day 53, Wisco Sunsets.
Sunsets are beautiful everywhere but there’s just something about Wisconsin sunsets that makes my heart swell. I think it’s the farms that are usually in the foreground.
Please excuse the crap picture. I snapped it quick while I was on my way to Shawano from Green Bay Friday evening.
Day 54, I was having too much fun.
I started my Saturday morning by waking up to sloppy Freya kisses and the smell of chocolate pudding cooking for me. I didn’t wake up until nearly 10a again. I can’t believe how late I sleep at TheHut., it’s not the norm anymore.
Anyway. My photo of the day slipped my mind in the midst of visiting, running up to my apartment and back, laundry, shopping, dinner, and getting pulled in by an Adventure Time marathon. I didn’t take one single picture all day. I’m pretty sure that’s not a bad thing, though.
Day 55, Horsies!
Yesterday afternoon D brought me to visit the horses that live next door to his sister. The horse closest in the picture absolutely loves D. It will walk across the field to the fence as soon as it sees D, just so it can say hi.
Freya managed to stay away from the horses this time, for the most part. Last week when we got back to the house we warned her that she needed to stay away from the horse’s back legs since she’s excitable and the horses don’t completely trust her. Yesterday she tested her boundaries by wandering by a baby horse then, as she was walking out of the fenced area back toward us, something happened and she yelped. We’re not exactly sure what caused her yelp since nothing was by her. It was quite amusing. Whatever it was made her look at the horses side-eyed and wanted to wheel out of there immediately.
