Day 28, I Ain’t Skurred.

I’m a little excited, actually. I started both two 8 week programs today. Eight weeks is perfect because that seems to be when my interest in a program seems to drop off. One program focuses on flexibility and using your body weight for strength workouts. The other is cardio and weight based.

It took a very focused version of myself 10 weeks to get from where I am now to where I was when I was most fit. I’m excited to see where I’ll be 8 weeks from now.

PS – Warrior Dash is less than 20 weeks away.
