Oh, Day 4, how I love thee.

So yesterday was yoga day. It seemed like it took forever finish the 1 hr 35 minute video. I wanted to quit at every 15 minute mark but I kept going. After nearly 2 hours (yes, 2 – pause was my bff), it was well worth the struggle. I felt like a rockstar. My legs felt much, much better afterward.

I really surprised myself by what I was able to do once my body started warming up. Some of the poses got easier. I was able to control my movements instead of letting my body fall. Other poses I know I won’t be able to do until I lose weight (my chubby gets in the way. heh). And few I’m just not flexible or strong enough for. But that’s okay. It’ll happen in time.

Now that my legs are feeling better, I get to work them again. Tonight is Legs and Back, plus more of the dreaded Ab Ripper X.

    Keep it up… you can do it!! Are you doing before and after pictures?

      I haven’t yet… only because I hate picture of me right now. I know I need to so I can remind myself not to get back to this point ever again. There are regular photos of me prior to losing 11 pounds.

      Thank you! <3 Do it! It's HARD. I'm not going to lie. It's especially hard being as overweight as I am. I want to stop half way through every. single. day. but I suck it up and keep going.
