Completed Day 2 of P90x last night. 89 to go.
This was pretty much me at the end of Plyometrics.
To sum it up, you jump and jump and jump and jump. Just when you hope it’s time to cool down, you jump some more. Do you have any idea how hard it is to jump and turn when you’re naturally clumsy & tired? I didn’t until last night. My legs felt like boat anchors for a good hour after the workout then they were ‘fine’. However, when crawled into bed they literally screamed at me.
True statement. I heard them.
