Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie

Crust:  Graham Cracker Crust

Filling:
1 Cup Cool Whip
1 C powdered Sugar
8 oz cream cheese
Fresh Strawberries

Simply beat together cool whip, cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.  Pour filling into a pie shell.  Slice at least enough strawberries to cover the top of the pie, the more the better!!

To make the pie even fancier, top with Strawberry Glaze.

I made this last year and it was OMG yummy. It took me forever to find where I pulled the recipe from because, of course, I didn’t document it at the time. I didn’t make it with glaze because I don’t especially like glaze.
