“Shock and Awe.”
“That was shockingly awful. WHAT is the objective?”
“Shock and Awe!”
Can anyone guess what movie that is from? It’s one of my favs.
Anyway, I’m not here to blog about the movie. “What is the Objective?” and “Shock and Awe” are names of two new categories in Kit-Kat-Land. I decided that I’m going to set weekly goals for myself. Each week on either Sunday or Monday I’ll create a set a few goals for myself and file them in “What is the Objective?” category. Then at the end of each week I’ll post my results in the “Shock and Awe” category. I highly doubt my results will shock or awe but I like this part of the the movie so I had to run with it.
On to this week’s goals…
Do 20-30 minutes of cardio two days this week
I fell behind on my workout goals since my surgery. I’m finally feeling better so I can start working out again.
Note: My workout goals are important. I am required to keep up with them or my iPod gets taken away.
Get rid of 5 pieces of clothing I don’t wear anymore.
I figured 5 pieces is a good starting point. It will hurt less.
Go through 2 or 3 boxes that are stored in the basement
Its finally warm enough so I can stand to spend more then 30 seconds downstairs. Time to start going through stuff again!
Get a pedicure
My poor feets are so not summer-ready
