Grilled Asparagus

‘k…. Here’s what I did for my grilled asparagus:

Rinse Asparagus

Chop off the tough ends

Put Asparagus on a cookie sheet

Drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Season with Garlic Powder & Season Salt

Mix up the asparagus with your hands to make sure they’re all coated

Put ‘em on the grill (make sure they dont fall in the grates)

Turn ‘em every now & then so they don’t burn

Once the outsides are tender, they’re done (I think about 15 minutes).

I’ll also add sliced carrots & zucchini to this when I have it.  Also, if we roast it instead, we mince a couple garlic gloves in place of the garlic powder.  Personally, I like it grilled better cuz of the smoky flavor.
