I don’t think it’s good for me to be on the phones right now. I took 4 really bad calls in a row from complete & total jerks – the last one being the worst. It’s taking everything in me not to snap when someone starts going off on me because they don’t know how to print from software that’s completely unrelated to ours but wants me to teach them how. GIMME A FLIPPIN’ BREAK then go learn how to use your damn computer before you call and whine about a program that has nothing to do with us!!! Call your IT department if you don’t know how to print!! *thwap*
Only 2 more days that I’m forced kiss the butts of idiots. No more phone support jobs for me for the rest of my life, thank you very much. I’ll be handing out coupons next week that’ll be good for a slap into reality if I ever start talking about taking a phone support job ever again.
